Rithika Saravanan

Rithika Saravanan (she/her) is a Communications Associate at Students Engaged in Advancing Texas (SEAT), where she develops digital content and communications focused on elevating student voices and expanding youth involvement in education and public policy.

Outside of SEAT, Rithika serves as an officer of her school’s DECA chapter and as a member of the Texas DECA Social Media Team. She is also next year's Secretary-General of SICMUN X, a student-led Model United Nations conference reaching more than 700 delegates across six countries.

Rithika is the co-founder and Executive Vice President of Impact Forward, a youth-led nonprofit with more than 150 members and six chapters across Texas. She has helped lead initiatives in STEM education, environmental sustainability, and community service. Across her work in advocacy, leadership, and communications, Rithika strives to amplify youth voices and create lasting impact.
